What We Collect, And Why

The short version: we collect your email and phone so we can deliver your purchase and support it. We never see your card details, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

Who we are

What we collect

Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, given at checkout.
Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and your order number.
Payment status — whether a payment succeeded or failed, and the last four digits and card type where applicable. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Those go directly to the payment provider.
Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Correspondence — anything you send us by email.

Why we collect it

To deliver your download and re-send it if you lose it.
To answer support requests and process refunds.
To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive transactions.
To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations in India.
To measure which ads and pages lead to sales, and to show ads to people who visited the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary, with:

Shopify — our store and checkout platform, which hosts this site and processes orders on our behalf.
Our payment provider — to take payment and issue refunds. They handle your card or UPI details under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
Our digital delivery app — to generate and send your download link.
Advertising and analytics providers, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, where those tools are active on the site.
Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

Some of these providers are located outside India, so your data may be transferred and stored abroad.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. Advertising cookies may be used to show you ads for our products on other platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout may not work correctly if you block essential cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires — generally eight years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support emails are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you;
correct anything inaccurate;
delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
stop sending you marketing messages.

Security

Payments and page traffic are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information such as card numbers or passwords by email — we will never ask you for them.

Children

This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
