The short version: you may use every asset you buy in unlimited personal and client projects, including paid work. You may not resell, redistribute or give away the raw files themselves.
Who you're buying from
This store is operated by Lafon IT and Infra Private Limited, trading as Dezmos Digital Marketing, 2nd Floor, KRA 25, Kanchiyoorkonam, Kattakada P.O., Kerala 695572, India ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using this site, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Every product on this store is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped. You are buying a licence to use the files, not ownership of them.
Your licence
When your payment clears, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence. Under it you may:
- use the assets in unlimited personal projects;
- use them in unlimited paid client projects and commercial work;
- use them in videos, reels, ads, films and social content that you monetise;
- modify, edit and combine them with your own work;
- keep using them indefinitely — the licence does not expire.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the raw asset files, in whole or in part;
- upload them to any asset library, marketplace, torrent, Telegram channel or file-sharing service;
- share your download link or account access with anyone else;
- package the assets into a competing product or bundle;
- claim authorship of the assets themselves.
The simple test: you may sell work you made using the assets. You may not sell the assets.
Breaching the licence
If you redistribute the files, we may terminate your licence and withdraw access without a refund, and pursue any remedies available to us in law.
Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your card or UPI credentials. Promotional prices apply only while displayed.
Delivery

What we promise, and what we don't
- We describe the products as accurately as we can, and the asset counts and categories stated on the sales page are what you receive.
- Software compatibility is stated per category on the product page. Some assets are built for specific software — check before buying if compatibility matters to you.
- We cannot guarantee any particular commercial result, view count, engagement or income from using these assets.
- The assets are provided as they are. We do not promise they are free of every defect or fit for a purpose you have not told us about.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Acceptable use of this site
Don't attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Our intellectual property
The site design, copy, images and branding are ours. Don't copy them for your own store.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
