Instant Digital Delivery

The short version: everything here is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you. Your link appears on screen and in your inbox as soon as payment is confirmed.

Nothing physical ships

This store sells digital products only. There is no courier, no tracking number, no shipping fee and no delivery address. If you were expecting a physical item, this is not that.

How you receive your purchase

The moment your payment is confirmed, a download link is shown on the order confirmation screen.
The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
Delivery is automatic. Nobody has to approve it by hand.

Timing

In almost all cases delivery is immediate — within a minute of payment.
If your bank holds the payment for verification, delivery happens once the payment clears, which can take a few minutes.
If more than 30 minutes pass and you have been charged but received nothing, email us and we'll send your link manually.

Didn't get the email?

Before writing to us, please:

check your spam, promotions and updates folders;
search your inbox for "Dezmos" or your order number;
confirm you didn't mistype your email address at checkout.

If it still isn't there, email info@dezmosdigitalmarketing.com from the address you paid with, and we'll re-send it. We aim to reply within one business day.

Re-downloading later

Your access does not expire. If you lose the files, change computer, or the link stops working, email us and we'll issue a fresh link at no charge.

What you'll need

The full pack is several gigabytes. Download on Wi-Fi rather than mobile data.
Keep enough free storage space before you start.
Files arrive compressed. You'll need a standard unzip tool — built into Windows and macOS.
Downloading on a desktop or laptop is far easier than on a phone.

Software compatibility

Each category lists the software it is built for on the product page. Transitions, colour presets and effects presets are made for Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Fonts, sound effects, motion graphics, PNGs, overlays and logo animations work in any editing software, including mobile apps. Please check this before buying if compatibility matters to you.

Wrong or faulty files

If a file is corrupt or something is missing from what was advertised, tell us and we'll fix or replace it. That's a delivery issue, and we handle it regardless of the refund window. If you would rather have your money back, see the Refund Policy.
